DVTEL has reached us with the aim of equipping its flagship product and changing the company's product line in general. this is the 3D simulation of the product as it was done in the studio before production. We perform three-dimensional product simulations in order to have a realistic sense of design. This method helps us in pre-production decisions and gives us, designers,some clues in the context of product visibility.

At the beginning of the work, we at the Product Design Studio will perform a session of sketches on paper. We dream of a product that does not yet exist. Drawing on paper is still the only way to begin the process. This encoder is a standard 19-inch Rackmount product designed to operate in synchronization with a security system and other encoders.Rakamount product design should take into account many parameters. The lower and upper panels are designed to be made of aluminum extrusion. We design a mold, a two-dimensional profile which is actually the cross section. The aluminum is grooved by slots in some parts which significantly increases the the self-cooling and heat dissipation capacity of the product. Heat dissipation is critical in products which must contain maximum sealing and has no parforation for air cooling.

The front and rear panels of the product are designed to be extremely riggid. The demand for the ability of the product to withstand the most difficult environmental conditions so that it will not bend by the heat and will not age quickly, and also, to preserve the 3D design, has led us in the studio to design the front panel and back to be manufactured as aluminum injections. The front and back panel also has slots that help to dissipate the heat in the product.
